The training method has been recently using in Vietnam is the one applied for implementing construction project – the project of ITOYAGINZA Headquarter recreation, one of the chain ITOYAs’ stores – a stationery store in GINZA, TOKYO. And this method has initiated the model training program for technical trainees in Vietnam as well as is the milestone of training in the construction industry.

As per the invitation from the Leader of TODA Corporation, on the 2nd July 2014 the Representative of NIBELC did attend the presentation of training program for technical intern trainees which starting the long-term relationship between two companies. TODA Corporation is very interested in the quality and updated training programs of NIBELC

On 22 March, JICA has decided to provide ODA 100 million yen to a vocational training college operated by a Japanese company in Northern Viet Nam.

On the 11th of April 2014, a delegation from Haneda Group (Malaysia) - one of the biggest strategic partners of NIBELC- including Mr. Ramakrishnan Muniandy , Mr. Ratherkrishnan Muniandy - CEOs and Mr. Raja Ramaskrishna- Chairman of PVE LTD India that belongs to Haneda Group (Malaysia) , visited and worked with NIBELC's BOM in Hanoi and NIBELC' s Ninh Binh vocational schools (NIVIS) .

Oh the 25th of March 2014, at the NIBELC's headquarter in Ninh Binh province, the course-ending ceremony of batch 6 and welcome ceremony of batch 7 were taken place formally with the participation of Mr. Toshio Mukai - Chairman of Mukai Construction Company (Japan); Mr. Nguyen Phong Phu - Director of Ninh Binh Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs; Board Director of NIBELC; Managing Board of Ninh Binh Vocational School (NIVIS) and all the teachers and trainees of the school.
