NIBELC owns Ru Con quarry at Vung Ang Economic Zone, Ha Tinh province. The exploitation process started in March, 2013. This quarry supplies directly to Son Duong Sea Port project 4 million m3 of stone with all size ranged from crushed stone 0.2 – 1cm to 3,000 kg. Delivery capacity is 50,000 – 80,000 tons/month.  Besides of supplying to Samsung/Formosa at Son Duong port project, Ru Con quarry is the source of stone for other projects in Ha Tinh and other neighboring provinces. NIBELC also established a concrete batching plant and asphalts for the coming up projects in this area.
