See-off party held for NIBELC's trainees course 3 and 4 to leave for Japan

     On the 21st of July 2014, a party has been taken place at NIBELC - Hanoi Office to congratulate the 15 trainees course 3 and 4 to have been received by Japanese companies as wel as say goodbye to them for leaving to Japan to study.
