On 24^th September 2014, the opening ceremony of Japanese training course 8 took place at headquarter of NIBELC – Ninh Binh. After experiencing 2 close contests of pre-qualifying examination, the best 64 candidates had become the official trainees of Japanese training course 8. The ceremony was solemnly celebrated with the presence of Mr. Mukai Toshio - Chairman of Mukai Japanese Construction Company; Mr. Kashikura - General Director of Kashikura Japanese Construction Company; Mr. Pham Thanh Lam – General Director of NIBELC, Administrators of Ninh Binh International Vocational School with all teachers and trainees.
