RECRUIT 64 WELDERS, MECHANICS WORKING IN THE SHIPYARD IN BALAN
International Manpower and Construction Joint Stock Company (NIBELC), has a license of sending Vietnamese workers to work overseas according to contracts No. 1019/LDTBXH-GP, issued and changed on March 22nd 2018.
Recruiting 64 welders, mechanics working in the shipyard in Poland, with the following standards:
1. Conditions:
- Male: height: 1m65; weight: 55 kg or more; age from 20 to 45.
- Competent skills required by shipyards. Priority is given to workers who have worked abroad. To the foreman position, it is required to know English.
- Good health, good eyesight, no diseases: Hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, tuberculosis, syphilis, venereal disease, history of brain disease, heart disease, chronic disease, bone diseases , high blood pressure; no tattoo, no criminal record; no cosmetic surgery of the face; do not take workers who have been refused visas to Europe or expelled from European countries.

3. Working conditions and departure fees:
- Contract term: 02 (two) years, extended as prescribed.
- Basic working time: 08 hours/day, 05 days/week, overtime calculated according to the law.
- The employer provides one-way and return air tickets when the employee ends the contract and returns home.
- Workers will be provided with free accommodation; The salary includes meals.
- Departure fee is based on the Company's regulations.
4. Exam schedule, documents and departure schedule:
- Recruitment exam schedule: Welders and mechanics are required to record their own practice videos (15 minutes) and send videos to the company for assessment before being interviewed. The foreman sends his CV in English to the company. Online interview schedule from July 23, 2021
- File includes: Passport (must be valid for more than 3 years), Criminal Record Check 02, relevant diplomas and certificates, 8 color photos (4x6) with white background, dark shirt, medical examination and resume according to company guidelines.
- Note that employees must be tested for Hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, tuberculosis before taking part in the recruitment.
- Expected to depart from 4-6 months from the date employee completes the application.
- The company provides full documents and guides employees to apply for a bank loan to work abroad if they need a loan.
