On the 11th of April 2014, a delegation from Haneda Group (Malaysia) - one of the biggest strategic partners of NIBELC- including Mr. Ramakrishnan Muniandy , Mr. Ratherkrishnan Muniandy - CEOs and Mr. Raja Ramaskrishna- Chairman of PVE LTD India that belongs to Haneda Group (Malaysia) , visited and worked with NIBELC's BOM in Hanoi and NIBELC' s Ninh Binh vocational schools (NIVIS) .

Oh the 25th of March 2014, at the NIBELC's headquarter in Ninh Binh province, the course-ending ceremony of batch 6 and welcome ceremony of batch 7 were taken place formally with the participation of Mr. Toshio Mukai - Chairman of Mukai Construction Company (Japan); Mr. Nguyen Phong Phu - Director of Ninh Binh Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs; Board Director of NIBELC; Managing Board of Ninh Binh Vocational School (NIVIS) and all the teachers and trainees of the school.

As a part of President Truong Tan Sang, Madam and Vietnamese high-ranking officials delegation’s activities taking place in Japan for Vietnam - Japan cooperation promotion, on the 17th of March, 2014, a talk to meet, discuss and seek cooperation opportunities on trainees receipt and despatching was held by Japanese Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transportation and Tourism; Taisei Construction Group and Japanese Trade and Construction Promotion Fun and taken place at Taisei Building, Tokyo.

During the visit to the Vietnamese big companies/ groups of training and dispatching Japan trainee which include Vinaconex Mec ( Vinaconex Corporation), Simco ( Song Da Corporation), CEO (FPT Group), Licogi Corporation, the Representatives of Taisei Construction Group and Japanese Fund of Trade and Construction Promotion have met and worked with NIBELC's BOM to discuss issues related to cooperation opportunities, development the program of Japan trainee.

On the 21st of February, 2014 NIBELC honored to welcome The First Secretary and the delegation of Japanese Embassy in Vietnam at NIBELC Ha noi branch office.

On the 14th of February, 2014 Mr Morihiro Tsutada, Representative Director , President of Konoike Construction Co., Ltd – one the 4 biggest construction companies in Japan- visited NIBELC Ninh Binh Vocational School as well as worked with NIBELC’s Board of Management for more understanding on Japan trainee programs here

Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai broke ground for the construction of the Vinh Tan No. 4 thermal power plant yesterday, the main facility of the Vinh Tan Power Centre in Binh Thuan Province.
