training and dispatching trainees to Japan. As a professional supplier of
international manpower, NIBELC understands that their mission is to find a safe
and reliable destination that meets the strict conditions of a good, efficient
and modern working and studying environment, helping trainees develop their
skills the best. Japan is such a place.
Japanese has still been famous for their strictness; independent working
skills; creativity; persistent and efficient working spirit. It is a good
condition for trainees to train themselves in the harshest environments
ensuring that trainees are not only able to learn and enhance their skills and
knowledge but improve themselves as well and therefore set a firm basis for
their sustainable future . After 3 years of internships in Japanese companies,
these trainees are NIBELC’s high-skilled manpower resource that shall be employed and assigned by NIBELC to work for the Japanese projects in Vietnam or work at NIBELC’s projects at
technical/management levels. It is a long-term development goal of the company
in order to maintain stable employment for trainees as well as ensure NIBELC’s
partners’ projects to be performed following international standard and quality

With the vocational centers system in Ninh Binh, Ha Noi, Da Nang,
Thanh Hoa; NIBELC specializes in engineering, ironing,
carpentry, scaffolding, interior, equipment operating, welding – fabrication training
courses also manpower in the service sector such as retail / supermarket, restaurant,
hotel, nursing.
With the cooperation with the Japanese
companies/associations and development funds such
as MUKAI, KASHIKURA, NOHARA,
KKKC, FICP…, along with collaboration from the
vocational colleges in Vietnam such as Bac Thang Long - Ha Noi Technical and Economic College, Ha Nam Vocational College… as well as the Vietnamese high-qualified teaching staff and Japanese experts involved 100 percent in
the training process; NIBELC commits a qualified and rigorous training process, as well as the output trainees achieving international standards.
