The Former- Chief Cabinet Secretary of Japanese Government paid a visit to NIBELC-Ninh Binh Vocational School

     On the 5th of August 2014, NIBELC's Board of Directors and the teachers and trainees of Ninh Binh Vocational School had honor to welcome the delegation from Japan led by Laywer Yoshito Sengoku -  Former- Chief Cabinet Secretary, Mr Osamu Matsumoto - Chief assistant to Mr Yoshito Sengoku together with the Representatives of Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) , Javina Investment Development Co. Ltd. and BTD Consulting and Accounting service Co. Ltd. - 2 members of BTD Japan at the school for visit and study of NIVIS' training programs.
