On 3rd October 2014, as invited by the Board of Directors of CERTIS CISCO Singapore (CC) - one
of the biggest Corporation which authorized to provide
armed and unarmed security officers to government organizations as well as private
companies or individuals in Singapore, the Representatives of GSC Vietnam Security Services JSC (VGSC) - a member company of NIBELC- and The People's Police Academy of Vietnam (VPPA) visited and worked at CC's Headquarter and Training Academy in Singapore.
