12th November 2015, International Manpower and Construction., JSC (NIBELC) and Vocational College Electrical Engineering Building Tam Diep solemnly organized the closing ceremony of training trainees - Electro-Refrigeration, course I. After 3 months of training, the best 14 trainees graduated successfully and being ready to departure to Japan.
Attending to this ceremony has the presence
of Mr. Miyadera - President of Japan Society of Refrigerating, Mr. Phan Phuong Nguyen - Chairman of NIBELC, Mr. Pham Thanh Binh -
Principal of Vocational college electrical engineering building Tam
Diep, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuy Ha, head of vocational training department - Ninh Binh's Department of Labor, Dean and other teachers of college.
All 14 trainees was expected for departure to Japan on 28th November 2016 as the beginning of successful cooperation of Vocational College Electrical Engineering Building Tam Diep, Japanese receiving company and NIBELC.
