On the morning of June 16th and 18th at the Hanoi Office, Nibelc Group had a training session to improve the knowledge and professional skills for recruitment staff. Nibelc Group’s goal is to meet demand for labor supply of partners after Covid 19 and promote the sustainable development of Nibelc group.

At the training session, there was the participation of Mr. Phan Phuong Nguyen - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Bui Hai Tan - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, employees in Hanoi and representatives of branch offices in provinces.

Mr. Bui Hai Tan chaired the training programs and shared useful experiences, knowledge as well as skills for the recruitment team. Besides offline training sessions, online training sessions will also be held regularly for employees.

The training session gave directions and strategies with the aim that interns and employees would have advantages, skills, and expertise after working abroad.

After the training session, all participants received useful information about professional knowledge and practical work. Each employee understands deeply about their work and their responsibility to customers and employees
