In the morning of 30/7/2013, NIBELC and Japanese MUKAI Corp. help the Graduation Ceremony for the 4th course trainees, with specialization such as Iron worker, Carpenter, Scaffolder and Construction Engineer. The ceremory was very solemn and touching.
