Ground breaking ceremony of Japan training center project at Ninh Binh

In the morning of 21 February 2013, Nibelc Company, Haneda Group, Mukai
Group of Japan, in the witness of Ninh Binh Department of Labor, Invalids and
Social Affairs has started the construction of Centre for Training Experts in
Japan. This project is developed with the support of Mukai Group. The project
shall be designed and executed by Mukai Group in accordance with Japanese
standards. It is expected that once the project is completed, it will be the
training centre which can meet 100% requirements of Japanese partners. This
project will fully satisfy the resident dwelling for 500 experts, including the
complex of male, female hostels, sports area, canteen, lecture hall, library, and
resident area for Japanese experts.
