Attending the ceremony, besides Chaiman of NIBELC and Chairman of MUKAI, there are distinguished guests included: Mr. Nguyen Phong Phu, Director of the Department of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs in Ninh Binh province, Mr. Manh - Head of Employment of the Department of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs in Ninh Binh province; Mr. Pham Quang Hoa - Rector of Thai Binh Medical College and the partners - Unions receiving construction trainees in Japan.

        Expected end of November 2009, the 2nd course trainees will go to Japan. Training program of 3rd course trainees has started from 10/2012 to 2/2013. The trainees will be trained Japanese language, training to improve skills, enhance physical strenght and labor discipline, labor safety.

The entire training program is undertaken by Mukai corporation with over 05 Japanese experts resident at the school to teach with the equipments, modern machinery, materials imported from Japan.
