From inside country, NIBELC has been received Mr. Lam Xuan Phuong - Director of Ninh Binh's department of labor, leader of Phu Tho medical college, Viet Xo vocational college electrical engineering, Ha Nam vocational college and all representatives of NIBELC's strategic bidders participating in the ceremony.
From Malaysia, Japan and Korea, NIBELC has been received executive directors: Mr. Kana, Mr. Bala, Mr. Avali; advisory board members: Mr. Takahashi, Mr. Ogushi, Mr. Seol Kwang Park participating in the ceremony.
Mr. Pham Thanh Lam - General director, on behalf of NIBELC made a speech concerning business activities of year 2015 as well as sharing business plan of year 2016. It has been 5 years since the restructuring of NIBELC in 2011, the company has achieved remarkable success. NIBELC has transformed to a professional manpower subcontractor from the beginer of a labor export company. Besides 3 main business lines, that are: manpower
sub-contracting, training and supply – Quarry manufacture, raw materials supply
– mechanical construction; NIBELC also expanding to the fields of hospitality
with the promising steps in 2016.
Besides that, infrastructure and
facilities of the company have also been upgraded and expanded, esp. the complex of vocational school, dormitory, supermarket, restaurant, hotel ... located at the head quarter of NIBELC in Ninh Binh province. This wil be the firm basis for NIBELC's long term development in the way to be one of the leading company in training, labor export, manpower subcontractor and construction in Vietnam as well as an international trust-worthy partner and contributing in creating stable employment and income for Vietnamese labors.
