In order to develop sports movement which has a great influence on health-enhancing physical activities, learning exchange and fasten good work relationships of Son Duong Project's staffs in Ha Tinh, in the last days of 2015, NIBELC Group decided to hold the NIBELC super cup 2015. Hoping that the NIBELC super cup 2015 will be the premise and a new playground which is held annually for all staffs of company.

7th and 8th December 2015, NIBELC has an honor to be received the FCIP (Fund for Construction Industry Promotion) and the JEMCA (Japan Earth Moving Constructors Association) syndication for visitation and work. This business trip of both syndicates aims to research training quality as well as NIBELC's facilities to complete promptly the receiving construction and mechanic trainees project in 2016.

As long as finish the closing ceremony held on 12th November 2015, trainees have had 1 month for continuously studying and training at Vocational College Electrical Engineering Building Tam Diep. In this training month, trainees will be improved Japanese languages skills and expertise.

16th November 2015, International Manpower and Construction., JSC organized farewell party for trainees going to study in Japan at Hanoi office. This even completed the target of 40 trainees departures on November. Those 11 trainees will go to Nagoya airport and study at EUC syndication before going to work at Japanese company under 3 years contract.

12th November 2015, International Manpower and Construction., JSC (NIBELC) and Vocational College Electrical Engineering Building Tam Diep solemnly organized the closing ceremony of training trainees - Electro-Refrigeration, course I. After 3 months of training, the best 14 trainees graduated successfully and being ready to departure to Japan.

14th July, International Manpower and Construction., JSC solemly celebrated opening ceremony of course 1_Training program with Phu Tho medical college.

10th August, 2015, International Manpower and Construction., JSC (NIBELC) and Vocational College Electrical Engineering Building Tam Diep solemnly organized the opening ceremony of training trainees - Electro-Refrigeration, course I. After finishing hard entrance examination with more than 60 candidates, 15 excellent candidates had passed and been selected to attend to this training course. The 1st course would be happened within 4 months, the schedule for departure will expectedly be on January, 2016.

June 26th 2015, Leader and staffs of NIBELC group and teachers of Ninh Binh Vocational School had honor to be received Japanese delegation for visitation and work. In occasion with this visitation, Japanese delegation had also taken time to paticipate to the closing ceremony of course 9 as well as arranged enquiry, assessment, receiving trainees to study and work in Japan.

In the end of April, 2015, NIBELC had organized periodic health examination within 3 days for all staffs and workers in Son Duong port, Vung Ang economic zone.
