On 18th November 2014, at the NIBELC company office in Hanoi, a meeting was taken to say goodbye to 21 trainees of course 3, 4 going to Japan to study.

On 21st October 2014, at the NIBELC company office in Hanoi, a meeting taken place to say goodbye to 14 trainees of course 5 to leave to Japan for starting three years of study.

On the 9th of October 2014, Mr Tsutomu Matsumura- Chairman of Frontier Construction and Partners Co. Ltd and Mr Toshihito Miyachi - President of Contec Co. Ltd ( a subsidiary company of Frontier Construction and Partners Co. Ltd ) had a meeting at NIBELC - Hanoi Office .

On 3rd October 2014, as invited by the Board of Directors of CERTIS CISCO Singapore (CC) - one of the biggest Corporation which authorized to provide armed security officers to government organizations as well as private companies or individuals in Singapore, the Representatives of GSC Vietnam Security Services JSC (VGSC) - a member company of NIBELC- and The People's Police Academy of Vietnam (VPPA) visited and worked at CC's Headquarter and Training Academy in Singapore.

After visiting NIBELC's Hanoi office on 21/02/2014, Delegation of Japanese Embassy including Ms. YOKO TSURUYA - The First Secretary and Mr. FUKUSHIMA - The Second Secretary continuously visited NIBELC's Ninh Binh International Vocational School on 1st October 2014.

On 29th and 30th September 2014, the examination to recruit skilled labors of formwork carpenter (round 2) for NIBELC's Algeria partner at NIBELC – Ninh Binh International Vocational School the participation of 53 candidates.

On 20th September 2014, NIBELC has a pleasure to receive the Japanese expert delegation of Department of International negotation - Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) visiting and working at Nibelc's office in Hanoi.

Japanese MUKAI Co., Ltd. and NIBELC JSC has had good collaborative relationship more than 2 years since the signing day of Vietnamese trainees receipt and dispatching on 1st March 2012. The corporation of 2 companies has been received especial attention and high appreciation from Government Authorities of 2 countries as well as receipt companies in Japan.

On 24th September 2014, the opening ceremony of Japanese training course 8 took place at headquarter of NIBELC – Ninh Binh
