International Manpower Supplying and Construction JSC (NIBELC) is a state-owned company, established in 1968 and transformed to JSC Company in 2005. NIBELC specializes on training high-level technicians, manpower export and building national civil works. NIBELC, a technical training and manpower company, has Manpower Export License No.: 301/LDTBXH-GP (License extension on January, 16, 2012.). NIBELC is just a manpower supplying company specializing on training and exporting labor while VietMC operates as a manpower contractor. By implementing the social and working policy, in the last 40 years, NIBELC always follows the guidance of Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and has had a lot of contributions for the society. Besides, with over 15 years in vocational training and manpower exporting, NIBELC already supplied thousands of Vietnamese for the international projects all over the world, which brings benefits to the labors and contributes to the nation development. With the advantages of location and infrastructure, NIBECL can get resident training for 500 labors at the same times and training capacity is over 4000 trainees per year. The basic training fields are: construction, transportation, operating motorized equipments, housemaids, workers, foreign languages, hotel – supermarket staffs, nurses and etc.

          NIBELC International Vocational School in Ninh Binh (Ninh Binh International Vocational School - NIVIS) that is supported by strategic partners such as HANEDA, MUKAI, FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY PROMOTION (FCIP), is becoming a prestigious center in the North of Vietnam for training the trainees in Japan and the students who want to study abroad in Japan. In the coming years, NIVIS will receive and train hundreds of construction trainees for the Japanese leading construction groups.

           Apart from the training capacity of NIBELC International Vocational School in Ninh Binh (Ninh Binh International Vocational School - NIVIS) above, NIBELC has training centers in many provinces such as: Language and overseas employment center in Thai Binh (at Thai Binh Medical College); Vocational training center for labor export (at 5th Military Region Vocational School - Da Nang City); Foreign language training Center in Hanoi. The vocational training centers, foreign language training centers of NIBELC are likely to train more from 3000 - 4000 students per year in the career groups such as:

* Technicians: welder, structural fitter, mechanical fitter, pipe fitter ... for mechanical industries, shipbuilding, metallurgy, oil and gas projects.

* The careers for civil construction such as: iron worker, carpenter, scaffolder, builder, aluminum fitter, …

* The service group: restaurant, hotel, supermarket, nurses, orderlies…

* Foreign language training (English, Japanese, Korean) for employees and students

* Worker operates mechanical equipment: excavator driver, grader driver, driver, craneman.
