Oh the 25th of March 2014, at the NIBELC's headquarter in Ninh Binh province, the course-ending ceremony of batch 6 trainees and welcome ceremony of batch 7 were taken place formally with the participation of Mr. Toshio Mukai - Chairman of Mukai Construction Company (Japan);  Mr. Nguyen Phong Phu - Director of Ninh Binh Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs; Board Director of NIBELC; Managing Board of Ninh Binh Vocational School (NIVIS) and all the teachers and trainees of the school.
